Service Description

This package includes four 1-on-1 health coaching sessions over the course of 12 weeks. Personalized nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations given based on Health Intake Questionnaire and Client Evaluation. After initial consult, follow ups are held every 3-4 weeks. Twenty-one day Functional Medicine Detox included.
