16 Week Program designed to address root cause imbalances and restore optimal health. This signature program includes two functional medicine lab tests along with diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. Consultations held every 4 weeks to assess progress and make adjustments as needed. Ongoing support via text/email available between appointments.
